By submitting your order you automatically approve these terms & conditions where you are labeled as a customer that enters a binding agreement.

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 While we do our utmost to update our webshop as accurately as possible, the warehouse of Shaded Standards apparel is subject to change. Therefore we reserve the right to, in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, not deliver the requested product(s).
1.3 Shaded Standards apparel reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case we are unable to deliver the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However if it is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.
1.5 We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and device displays, the actual colour of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.


2 Payment

2.1 We offer a wide range of payment types via:

2.2 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details.

3 Shipping & Returns

3.1 We will be using PostNL and DPD (for orders within the European Union) or PostNL and UPS (for orders outside the EU) as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on our Shipping page. When we dispatch your order you’ll receive a tracking code to follow your order process.
3.2 We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier.

5 Warranty

At Shaded Standards apparel, we are committed to delivering clothing of high quality, crafted with care and precision to ensure your satisfaction. Despite our quality assessment, we understand that occasional defects may occur. This warranty policy outlines the terms under which we address such issues.
5.1 We provide a limited warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use and care. Defects resulting from misuse, improper care, alterations, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
5.2 If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team within the 3-month warranty period to initiate a claim. Upon approval, you will be required to return the defective item to us in its original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt). Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the defect is verified as covered under this warranty, we will refund your money.
5.4 This warranty does not cover:
– Damage due to accidents, negligence, or improper handling.
– Normal wear and tear, including fading, stretching, or pilling caused by regular use.
– Items that have been altered, repaired, or cleaned improperly.
– Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or second-hand sources.


6 Shaded Standards return & refund policy

6.1 All sales are final on sale items, we do not do price matching or price adjustments. After receiving your merchandise you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned in an unused state. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days after receiving. The product shall be returned inside all original packaging, price labels etc. without having been tampered with.
Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. The product must be complete with the original sales invoice and return form. Shaded Standards is not responsible for return-shipping costs.
6.2 Return Policy Requirements
When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All the original packaging must be accompanied with the item including accessories, price tags, hang tags, authenticity cards, stickers and the item itself must be returned in its original condition.
6.3 Am I responsible for the return-shipping costs?
Yes, you will be charged for the return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. This is because of the fact that you are responsible for the package when it gets lost or otherwise not received.


7 Discount Codes

7.1 Discount codes will be valid for a period of three months and can be used for a full or part payment of your* order via Shaded Standards. Discount codes aren’t personal and the three-month period starts from the moment the discount code is obtained or from the date an item has been returned. These discount codes aren’t exchangeable for cash.
* After you use the discount code to purchase something from the webshop it expires. The remaining amount will expire also, so we advise to use the total amount by shopping a little bit more.


8 Use of content / press

8.1 All the content found on the website and webshop of Shaded Standards including logos, photographs, and videos belong to Shaded Standards or parties we work with.
8.2 In the case you would like to use some of our content that is on our website, like images from the website, the blog or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us.
